Service Description
Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury. Note* Additional costs will incur in mobile appoints for travel over 5 miles. Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask that you provide us with 48 hours' notice if you aren’t able to attend your scheduled treatment or wish to reschedule the appointment. If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, that will be added to your next treatment. On some exceptional occasions, we are happy to reschedule the slot if 48 hours notice is given. This is at the therapist's discretion. Rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours notice is classed as a cancellation and you will be charged. The same applies if you have paid for a series of treatments. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment as part of a series of treatments you will not be able to redeem this appointment at a later date.
