We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for the sports, massage treatment or injury management  that will best support
you in your sports and lifestyle needs. To provide the best service possible
to our clients, we have implemented the following policies. 
 
Cancellation Policy 
We respectfully ask that you provide us with 48 hours; notice if you aren’t
able to attend your scheduled treatment or wish to reschedule the
appointment. If you fail to provide 48 hours; notice for appointment
cancellations, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, that will be
added to your next treatment. On some exceptional occasions, we are
happy to reschedule the slot if 48 hours notice is given. This is at the
therapist discretion. Rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours
notice is classed as a cancellation and you will be charged.
The same applies if you have paid for a series of treatments. If you provide
less than 48 hours; notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment
as part of a series of treatments you will not be able to redeem this
appointment at a later date.  
 
COVID-19
Please note any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice due to
yourself testing positive for COVID-19 or because you are awaiting a PCR
result will not be charged a cancellation fee. Any other circumstances or
events in relation to COVID 19 with less than 48 hours cancellation notice
will be charged the cancellation fee.   
 
No Show Policy/ Same day cancellations 
If you fail to attend your scheduled treatment or cancel on the day of
treatment, the full treatment price will be charged. We operate on a two-
strike policy. If you fail to attend two appointments you will be asked to pay
in full before future appointments. After failure to attend three
appointments, you will be unable to book in with us again.  
 
COVID-19. Please note any no shows because of any events or
circumstances related to COVID-19 will also be charged the no show fees. 
 
After Care Policy. 
With all our treatments we offer, after care advice is provided. The advice
may not be provided verbally but it can be found on our website and emails
or social media. Failure to follow the aftercare advice may result in
worsening of symptoms, prolonged worsening symptoms and bruising post

treatment. If you fail to follow the advice, we accept no liability for the
tenderness and bruising and or injuries sustained post treatment.  
 
Inappropriate Behaviour Policy.  
There is absolutely no sexual component to our services whatsoever. Any
insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in
immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services
in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the
length of your session. Depending on the behaviour exhibited, we may also
file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with
respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and
conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our
reasonable control. 
 
If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on
one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be
waived on any other occasion. 
 
If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or
illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall
nevertheless continue in full force.
