Injury Management (follow ups)
Service Description
Must be following an initial consultation, full price of an injury assessment will be applied if incorrectly booked. Therapist will recommend when is appropriate to book and will include some of the following: Soft tissue, exercise recommendations, rehabilitation programming, referrals or any other needs for injury. Note* Additional costs will incur in mobile appointments for travel over 5 miles. If unsure whether you will be affected, contact prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask that you provide us with 48 hours' notice if you aren’t able to attend your scheduled treatment or wish to reschedule the appointment. If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, that will be added to your next treatment. On some exceptional occasions, we are happy to reschedule the slot if 48 hours notice is given. This is at the therapist's discretion. Rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours notice is classed as a cancellation and you will be charged. The same applies if you have paid for a series of treatments. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment as part of a series of treatments you will not be able to redeem this appointment at a later date.
